WHAT IS MOBILITY TRAINING?
Mobility training is strength and flexibility training focused on the functions of the joints and the soft tissue that supports them.
WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE CLASS?
This class will be a combination of bodyweight strength training and dynamic and held releases/stretches.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE?
You’ll need a yoga mat, a throw pillow or two, and a sturdy chair or bench for support. That’s it!
